Vegan Chocolate Orange Cake

Zesty, tangy and nutritious, this vegan chocolate orange cake is the perfect people pleaser for afternoon tea. Enjoy with a mug of freshly brewed Matcha or wrap up for a pack up to enjoy at lunch. Delicious on its own or paired with your favourite vegan spread, this recipe will become a a favourite for afternoon tea breads. 

Ingredients:
- 2 cups gluten free flour blend (200 g)
- 1 cup coconut sugar (120 g)
- 1/3 cup Cacao powder (30 g)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (70 g)
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk (250 ml)
- juice of 1 orange
- 1 tbsp baking power


Topping:
- Conscious orange & tangerine chocolate (60g)
- 50 g coconut canned milk

1. Mix all ingredients for the cake and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown at
180 C
2. Let it cool down completely
3. Melt the chocolate and cover the cake
