Christmas Biscuits


  • 400g gluten free flour
  • 200g vegan butter
  • 150g brown sugar
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 1tsp mixed spices
  • 50ml water

Chocolate icing:


Mix all dry ingredients together: sift the flour, add mixed spices, sugar, cocoa powder. Melt the butter and leave to cool.

Pour the butter and water into the mixture. Knead a soft, smooth dough that does not stick to your hands.

Roll the dough, 0.5 cm thick. Cut the figures using cookie moulds. Put the figures out of the dough on the tray. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (Gas 5) and bake for 15 minutes. Allow the biscuits to cool.

Melt chocolate over low heat using a bain-marie. Once melting, add milk stir and leave it for a few minutes.

Now you are ready to decorate your biscuits.
