Strawberries, marshmallows, biscuits, bananas, pretzels, and so much more...they all taste delicious when dipped in a chocolate fondue. So whether this is an evening treat for yourself, or you want to share with a friend, we've got some hot tips on making your Chocolate fondue a success.
Choose High Quality Chocolate
Firstly, it's important to use only the best quality chocolate in your fondue. You want an easy to melt, high quality chocolate. We recommend sticking to a higher cacao content to achieve the most satisfying chocolate flavour.
Experiment With Your Milk To Chocolate Ratio
A 2:1 milk to chocolate ratio may work well for most, but you may find you need to add a little more milk to achieve that desired consistency. We melted a bar of our 75% cacao chocolate with roughly twice the amount of almond milk for a slightly nuttier flavour. Your choice of milk is entirely up to your preference.
