Breakfast for Champions

The nutty one: Porridge bowl topped with nut butter, choc and various deluxe
topping.. perfect for those frosty Sunday mornings!


  • 40g porridge oats
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 200ml water
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 ‘the nutty one’ Four Nuts Conscious Chocolate Bar
  • Goji berries, pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts, pecans and almond butter for toppings


1. On a low heat, mix together the oats, milk, water, salt, syrup and vanilla.
Simmer for 10 minutes or until the porridge reaches your desired consistency.
2. Top with chunks of the chocolate, a sprinkling of cinnamon, a spoonful of
almond butter and goji berries, pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts, pecans (or
other crunchy toppings of your choice).
