Covid-19 Update

Dear Friends,

In these exceptional and unsettling times as the world tackles the outbreak of Covid-19, we wanted to write and let you know what we are doing in response to the crisis.

When Conscious Chocolate was first conceived it was with the aim of helping people treat themselves deliciously and to lead healthier, happier lives, naturally. Never has that original premise been more important than today.

First and foremost, we are putting people first. Be this our customers, production workers, office staff or dispatch. The health and wellbeing of everyone is our primary concern and we will continue to be guided by their best interests.

Our distribution to stores is uninterrupted and our website remains fully open for business, with deliveries directly to your door made by Royal Mail and DPD (but please do forgive us if this takes a little longer than usual due to high demand across many businesses).

If you’re not already part of our social media communities, we’d love you to join us on Facebook or Instagram where we’ll be sharing tips and strategies to stay well both mentally and physically.

And if you want to use this time to learn some new recipes we will be adding lots to our website and sending out more newsletters with lots of chocolatey interactive news.  

Thank you for your understanding, patience and continued support during these challenging times. We are enormously grateful for your custom and loyalty, and hope we can all emerge from this as an even stronger wellbeing community.
