Simply combine all the dry ingredients then add in the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Break up one conscious bar and add to the mixture.
The mixture shouldn't be too wet, just enough to easily roll into balls.
Place on a baking tray and pop a chocolate square on the top of eat one.
Put them in the oven for about 12 minutes at 180 degrees.
Once they are baked (they look golden) set them aside to cool slightly.
Serve your favourite dairy free ice cream in a bowl and melt half a bar of Conscious Chocolate to drizzle over the top of it (again we used 75% Dark Side) and use the rest to break into small chunks to add to the ice cream.
Place your cookie in the bowl too and add some dairy free squirty cream on top!
