"Jaffa" Biscuits

Ingredients:

Method:

  • Melt a 60g bar of Orange and Tangerine Conscious Chocolate using the 'ban marie' method
  • Put one teaspoon of marmalade on each oat biscuit and set in the fridge while you wait for the chocolate to melt
  • Once your chocolate has melted into a smooth consistency, spread it over the marmalade until it is covered
  • Decorate with orange peel
  • Place in the fridge for 20 minutes
  • Once the chocolate has set, enjoy!
